لم تكن تجربة جيدة، فالسيارة لم تكن كما هو موصوف، مليئة بالحوادث والثقوب، ولا يوجد إطار احتياطي، ومسامير إطارات مفقودة. كانوا وقحين وغير لطفاء على الإطلاق. طلبنا تغييرًا، لكنهم رفضوا. عند وصولنا، لم تكن السيارة مزودة بمصابيح، فذهبوا لشراء مصباح. كان لدينا إطاران مثقوبان، وفي اليوم الثاني، اضطررنا لنفخ الإطارات كل يومين حتى فرغنا من الإطارات، دون استبدالها. كانت مشكلة كبيرة، حاولنا إيجاد شخص لمساعدتنا في حل المشكلة، فأرسلنا لهم رسالة نصية، لكنهم لم يهتموا. إذا رأيتم الصور في صفحة الويب، تبدو وكأنها سيارة تويوتا هجينة جديدة... هذه سيارة تعرضت لحوادث متعددة ولم يتم ترميمها أبدًا. لا تستأجروا هناك.

We were very happy to find this rent-a-car. Everything was fine. Our first fraudulent car company was not able to give us a car, so we went to Planet Car. Within 30 minutes they delivered us a great car. The staff is very friendly and can speak English.

These guys are great. Dropped off the cars while we waisted and had coffee, took about 30 mins. We had them for 4 days, super reasonable pricing.
Gave us flexibility on timing and let us drop off car at the airport instead of their office, so handy.

Everything was as agreed. Quick and effortless communication with Planet team. Picked up and left on Podgorica Airport. Car was working without a hiccup for the entire 7 days trip along Montenegro coastline. I would rent from Planet again, recommended.

A very good experience, everything was done via WhatsApp prior to our arrival and the car was waiting for us at the airport. As the one that we selected initially was not available anymore, we got upgraded free of charge. The car had some visible bumps, but was working very well and allowed us to view some stunning landscapes in Montenegro. Drop-off at another airport was not a problem as well.
The process (WhatsApp reservation, payment by cash) might look sketchy, but we were surprised how smoothly everything went in the end. I highly recommend it!

I really enjoy this service 🙂 It's my favorite way to make a "border-run" and travel across charming Montenegro💕 Unfortunately now I don't have my own car here, so Planet rent-a-car always helps me when I want to drive 🙂

- my additional point of comfort: English language. It's very important when you're from another country 🙂

Reasonable price, 40 a day for our car, automatic gear, better than those airport fees, cars are not brand new, but they serve their purpose, €100 deposit. I would rent again from them again, and I would recommend this place to others.

We rented for a week in October and planet were absolutely amazing. So flexible with the drop off location and date, always very responsive and friendly, and even ran to get us green card insurance at the last minute when we decided to pop into albania. Most importantly, they were amazing when I realised there was a crack in the windscreen - any other company would immediately charge us for this but they made no charge at all. Honestly can't recommend them highly enough for their flexibility, helpfulness and professionalism. The car was great too! 1000% recommend .

I recently rented a car and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Because we were 8 people we searched for a van with every rentals and This was the only rental company who provided this for us, where as others were pushing us to take a two cars instead of van. The service was excellent, and the staff were punctual, ensuring everything went smoothly. The pricing was also reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of service provided. Excellent experience and therefore I recommend it. Immediately upon arrival, an employee of the rental company was waiting for us with an already prepared vehicle. After a short introduction and signing, the payment was made in cash and we could drive off straight away.
The car was relatively new and with an economical engine. If I visit Montenegro next time, I will definitely choose this company again. Great and thank you!
